ENUM のみを残すマクロを定義してから、

 #define DEF_RTL_EXPR(ENUM, NAME, FORMAT, CLASS) ENUM ,

include "rtl.def" することで、NAME, FORMAT, CLASS の情報は消えて、ENUM のみが並ぶ。
